Ben is Principal and Founding Partner of Alinea Group Australia, bringing over 20 years of commercial experience in advising and structuring JV transactions for major urban renewal projects around Australia. He held the role of National Director for the Strategic Consulting and Structured Transactions team at JLL for 13 years, where he successfully led some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the country. Ben has an impressive track record of delivering outstanding results and providing exclusive commercial and retail advisory services for high-profile projects like the $3 billion Queens Wharf integrated resort precinct, the $10 billion Cross River Rail, and the $400m Central Market Arcade Redevelopment.

Keynote Address - All the World's a Gallery
Presenter: Rone
How do we define a “creative space”, what is the role of galleries in the development of street art and why do audiences love an unusual location? Hear from one of Australia’s most successful street artists, Rone will talk about his career, audiences of the future and the challenges of creating and exhibiting work in unique locations. Rone is one of Australia’s most acclaimed street artists, who has gone from spearheading Melbourne’s fledgling street art movement in the early 2000’s, as a member of the Everfresh crew, to being a celebrated fixture on the international street art scene. His work is held in collections all over the world including the Urban Nation Museum, Berlin, Detroit Historical Museum and the National Gallery of Australia. He has exhibited in Berlin, Denmark, Nashville, London and throughout Australia.
